1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DealFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

DealFlow provides real estate investment analysis tools, including but not limited to:

Property valuation calculators (ARV, MAO, ROI)
Repair cost estimation tools
Deal submission and management workflows
Team collaboration features
Document generation (PDF reports)
Analytics and reporting dashboards

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. DealFlow does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

All property valuations, repair estimates, ROI projections, and financial calculations are estimates only and may vary significantly from actual costs, values, and returns. 7. User Responsibilities

As a user of DealFlow, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you input into the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DEALFLOW, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Investment losses or financial damages
Damage to reputation or goodwill
Cost of procurement of substitute services
Any other intangible losses

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by DealFlow. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
